Sweeper HG Speed Gates are the taller version within our range, intended for installations where a higher degree of security is required.
The high panels make a barrier up to 1800mm that prevents persons from hurdling over.
Available in different wide lane options to suit any access control application, including DDA compliance with wheelchair access.

Security Made Easier

The TiSO Sweeper HG Speed Gates operate on the swing open principle and are designed to prevent people hurdling them or the the passing of items over.

The Sweeper HG barrier wings as standard are manufactured from safety tempered glass, however they are also available with polycarbonate barrier wings or metal tube configurations.

As standard the height of barrier wings make the speed gate a maximum of 1800mm tall measured from floor level. However, the height and passage width dimensions can be exactly specified to suit a building or secure entrance application.

The Sweeper High Glass speed gates can be integrated with any type of access control system.

A strong, well built, reliable security speed gate that can be configured to either a normally open or closed operation.

Normally Closed – The most common way of configuration. The glass barrier wings are always in the closed position. They will only open when the signal to do so is given by the access control system (see options below) or manual override.

Normally Open – The glass barrier wings are always in the open position, and only close when a person is detected entering the turnstile that has not presented an acceptable form of ID to the access control, or has failed a detection test, for example: body temperature or facial recognition with/without a mask etc.

A choice of additional devices can be integrated within the Sweeper housing including for example; RFID / Proximity or BioMetric readers, coin acceptors, push button, barcode and QR-code readers, passage counters.

Since the out break of the COVID-19 pandemic. All of the TiSO Sweeper range of speed gates are now available with automated body temperature testing and/or facial recognition to detect those users with, or without a face mask.

The entire TiSO speed gate and turnstile model range are configurable to be controlled in either, an automatic, or manual mode.

In the automatic mode, the glass panels are opened/closed determined by the signal from an access control system such as a proximity ID card, key fob, biometric reader, facial recognition, body temperature detection control etc
In the manual mode, the glass panels are opened/closed according to the manual command given from a control panel often positioned at a reception desk or a remote position perhaps from being CCTV monitored.

Sweeper AL Speed Lane is a hybrid of the Sweeper and Sweeper-HG models that has been designed to achieve an ‘Air-Lock‘ area between the two sets of security barriers.

It is a dedicated Air-Lock speed lane that is modular configured to meet each specific application that it will be used for. For example:

with both waist height barrier wings
with both full-height barrier wings
with one waist height and one full-height barrier wings
